Dear Colleagues, Exhibitors, and Sponsors,
It is with great sadness that we must inform you that the 2025 Missouri Immunization Conference:
Show Me Stronger–Building Resilience in a Post-Pandemic Missouri, scheduled for April 24-25, 2025, at The Lodge of Four Seasons, has been canceled due to the loss of our Bureau of Immunizations contract earlier this week which was helping fund the conference.
Like many organizations around the country, we have been impacted by funding cuts, and unfortunately, this means we will not be able to move forward with the conference as planned. This decision was not made lightly, as we truly value the connections we’ve built with all of you over the years. It has been our privilege to bring you this annual conference, and we are deeply saddened to not be able to host it this year.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we want to assure you that we are here to support you through this process. We will take care of canceling all hotel reservations for attendees, so you should not need to contact the hotel directly.
In addition, all registrant refunds—including for sponsors and exhibitors—will be processed. Refunds will be issued through the University of Missouri, and the process will be as follows:
- If you paid by credit card, the full refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the payment.
- If you paid by check, a refund check will be issued from the University of Missouri and should arrive within 2-3 weeks.
If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please do not hesitate to reach out to the university at cehp@missouri.edu.
We deeply appreciate your understanding during this challenging time, and we are grateful for your continued support. While we are unable to move forward with the conference this year, we look forward to staying connected and hope to work together in the future.
Thank you for being a valued part of the Missouri Immunization Coalition community.
With sincere regret,
Lawrence Simonson
